CUT PERFECT CIRCLES WITH A DIY BANDSAW CIRCLE JIG!

With this simple band saw circle cutting jig, you can make repeatable cuts at any diameter just by moving the pivot pin!

All you need is plywood and scrap 1x2 lumber to make your own.

Cut a zero clearance slot to prevent tear out on the underside of your circle.

Drill the pivot pin holes using a brad point drill bit. Use painter's tape to mark the drill bit so you don't drill too far.

A runner for the miter slot on the band saw table will prevent the jig from turning along with the circle

Drill a hole in your wood on the underside, using the same drill bit you used for the pivot pin holes.

Place the shelf pin in the hole in the jig, then place the wood onto the pin at the hole in the middle. And you're ready to cut!

You'll get a perfect circle every time with your DIY band saw circle jig!
