This simple DIY 2x4 bench is easy to build yourself with free woodworking plans! Perfect for both outdoor spaces or farmhouse tables!

You will need 2x4 boards, pocket hole screws, wood glue, a few tools, and a few other supplies to create your own.

Assemble the legs.

Connect legs with upper and lower stretchers.

Create the bench seat using wood glue and pocket screws.

For a more sleek look fill the pocket holes before painting.

Paint or stain the bench.

Enjoy your new 2x4 bench.
