Download the map layers using SnazzyMaps.

Creating the laser files in Lightburn by first, tracing the image layers.

Change the layer colors to make it easy and create the frame.

Cut and engrave the map layers onto 1/8-inch birch plywood.

Prepare the layers to be assembled. Try using heavy-duty duct tape to remove the scoring on the roads.

Apply a clear finish or color stain of your choice.

Glue the layers together.

Add the city name to the map corner.
